开放性甲状腺手术超声刀使用与否的临床对比研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的对开放性甲状腺手术中超声刀使用与否进行临床对比研究和分析。方法选取2003年8月～2013年7月在我院行甲状腺手术治疗患者178例。根据手术方式分为超声刀手术组98例和传统手术组(以下称"对照组")80例,比较两组患者的治疗情况。结果超声刀手术组的各项手术指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在开放性甲状腺手术中使用超声刀具有手术操作性强、效率高、术中出血少、手术切口小、手术安全性高等优点。
