摘要
目的探讨临床中药师提供优质临床药学服务的有效途径和方法。方法 2010年以来,我院依据医疗机构在药学方面的相关管理规定,以合理用药为核心,开展中药师临床药学服务,主要采取明确中药师临床药学服务策略和构建中药师长效培养机制策略等措施。结果通过对中药师的临床药学服务进行实践探讨,医院建立了中药师全程化药学服务与中药临床药学监护体系,切实提高了医院的合理用药水平。2011年以来,本院患者及其家属与临床医技人员接受中药师临床药学服务率呈逐年递增趋势,各年间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论本院中药师的临床药学服务实践,可为临床中药师临床药学服务的发展创新提供一定参考。
Objective To explore effective ways and methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） in clinical pharmaceutical care provided by TCM pharmacists. Methods From 2010, according to the laws and regulations issued by China Administration, we focused on rational drug use in pharmaceutical care provided by TCM pharmacists. Evaluation criteria included the position responsibility of TCM pharmacists, construction of long-term training mechanism for TCM pharmacists,establishment of the performance appraisal system for TCM pharmacists. Results Through the exploration and practice on pharmaceutical care of TCM pharmacists, the integrated pharmaceutical service, clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care system were established. The levels of rational use of drugs in our hospital were improved obviously. The numbers of advisory of clinical medical staff, patients and their relatives were continuously increased. There was significant difference in rates of increase in 2011,2012 and 2013 （P〈0. 005）. Conclusion Practice on the pharmaceutical care by TCM pharmacists and routine work such as drug security,development and innovation of pharmaceutical service,are all preferred references in clinical pharmcy.
