摘要 研究某铜阳极泥氧压酸浸工艺条件,考察硫酸初始浓度、温度、时间、液固比、压力等对金属浸出的影响。结果表明,当控制浸出硫酸初始浓度130~150g/L、温度155~165℃、时间6~8h、液固比5:1、压力1.0~1.5MPa时,酸浸渣率为55%~60%,碲浸出率为85%~90%,镍、铜浸出率均在99%以上。 Oxygen pressure acid leaching process for copper anode slime was studied. The effects of initial concentration of sulfuric acid, leaching temperature and time, ratio of liquid to solid (L/S), and pressure on leaching were investigated. The results show that leaching slag rate is 55%-60%, tellurium leaching rate is 85%-90%, and leaching rate of nickel and copper is 99% above under the optimum conditions including initial concentration of sulfuric acid of 130-150 g/L, temperature of 155-165 ℃, time of 6-8 h, L/S=5 : 1, and leaching pressure of 1.0-1.5 MPa.
