摘要
本文针对DNV-RP-B401对Al-Zn-In阳极的成分要求,结合实际生产工艺,采用正交设计方法,制备了9组试样进行电化学性能试验和极差分析。结果表明,其电化学性能基本满足标准要求,化学成分是影响其实际电容量主要指标,极差优选成分生产的铝阳极其电化学性能优良,溶解形貌均匀,该成分可作为实际生产工艺的参考。
9 kinds of different composition of sacrificial anodes meeting the rule of DNV-RP-B401 are prepared by orthogonal design method. After electrochemical performance test and range analysis, the results indicate that: electrochemical capacity almost meet the rules and chemical composition is the major effecting factor on actual capacitance. The favorite anode composition can be used as reference for practical manufacturing for its brilliant electrochemical capacity and uniform diffluent surface.
