摘要
目的将新信息技术、服务设计理念与超市相连接,研究当代超市服务系统创新的策略。方法分析了在新的背景下,国内超市设施及服务存在的诸多问题,探讨了当代新信息技术、服务设计理念及用户体验带来的新机遇。结论指出当代超市服务系统创新的策略在于整合性的解决方案,即服务流程的系统构建、设施服务与新信息技术的整合、基于新用户价值创造的服务模式,该系统创新的思考对当代超市转型发展具有实际的启示意义。
Objective To study the innovation strategy tion among new information technologies, service design and for contemporary supermarket service system in the connec- supermarkets. Methods It analyzed several problems about facilities and services of domestic supermarkets in new context, and explores new opportunities brought with contemporary new information technology, service design theory and user experience. Conclusion On these basis, it further pointed out that the key strategy of modern supermarket service system innovation was integrated solution and its relevant project re- search, which referred to the systematic construction of service process , the integration of facility service and new informa- tion technology and service model based on the creation of new customer value.The system innovative thinking above may be helpful for the restructuring and development of contemporary supermarkets.
