摘要
探讨了Q345D钢中TiN夹杂物的形成及控制,通过试验研究了钛微合金化Q345D钢的低温冲击韧性.结果表明Q345D钢TiN夹杂是在钢凝固或浇注时通过两相区时形成的,通过热处理无法消除钢中的大块TiN夹杂物,将严重影响Q345D钢的冲击韧性.为了使Q345D钢的冲击性能达到理想指标,可以通过缩短冶炼和凝固过程中钢液通过两相区的时间,减少凝固前TiN的富集,并应该将Q345D钢中的Ti含量控制在0.01%~0.03%之间.
The formation and control of TiN inclusions in Q345D steel were investigated. Impact toughness at low temperature of the Ti microalloying for Q345 D steel was studied by experiment. The results showed that TiN inclusion in Q345D steel was formed in two-phase region during solidification and pouring of molten steel, and the big TiN inclusions in steel were not eliminated by heat treatment, and impact toughness of Q345 D steel was seriously impacted. In order to improve impact toughness of Q345 D steel and get ideal index, the time through two-phase region should be shorten during solidification and pouring of molten steel, so as to short TiN enrichment before solidification. The content of Ti in Q345D steel should be controlled between 0.01% and 0.03%.
