4种生物农药对新疆枣果黑斑病的室内及田间药效试验 被引量:7

Toxicology and Field Effi cacy of 4 Biological Fungicides for Controlling Jujube Black Spot Disease in Xinjiang

摘要 [目的]筛选出适合新疆枣果黑斑病防治的生物农药。[方法]采用室内抑菌和田间喷雾法分别测定4种生物农药对枣果黑斑病菌室内抑菌效果和田间防效,同时对其安全性进行了评价。[结果]4种生物农药对2株枣果黑斑病菌均有较好的抑菌效果,田间试验中50亿/g绿色木霉菌粉剂667 mg/L和1亿/mL枯草芽孢杆菌10 g/L对枣果黑斑病的田间防效分别为64.44%和66.67%,对红枣落花的影响最小,药后5 d落花率分别为31.53%和32.28%。[结论]绿色木霉菌667 mg/L和枯草芽孢杆菌10 g/L适用于新疆枣果黑斑病的防治。 [Aims] The paper aims to screen out safe and effective biological fungicides to control jujube black spot disease in Xinjiang. [Methods] The inhibitory effect and control effect of 4 biological fungicides to jujube black spot were conducted by laboratory test and field trials, the safety of 4 biological fungicides on jujube flowers were also tested. [Results] The mycelium growth of two jujube black spot pathogenic fungi were inhibited strongly by 4 biological fungicides. The field efficacy of50×10^8+cfu/g Trichoderma viride DP 667 mg/L and 1 × 10^8 cfu/mL Bacillus subtilis suspension 10 g/L against jujube black spot disease were 64.44 and 66.67%, respectively. On 5 d after treatment, T. viride DP and B. subtilis suspension had the least impact to jujube flower, the flower dropping rate were 31.53 and 32.28%, respectively. There is no significant difference compared with water control. [Gonclusions] The 50× 10^8 cfu/g T. viride DP 667 mg/L and 1 × 10^8 cfu/mL t3. subtilis suspension 10 g/L are suitable to control jujube black spot disease in Xinjiang.
