摘要
为探讨白头翁抗菌活性的有效部位,用氯仿、无水乙醇、水依次提取白头翁,检测各提取物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,白头翁氯仿提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抗菌活性优于80%乙醇提取物,也优于水提物;白头翁粗多糖亦有抗菌活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的MIC均为80.04 mg/mL。
To explore the effective parts of Pulsatilla chinensis antibacterial activity in vitro,Pulsatilla chinensis were extracted with chloroform,absolute ethyl alcohol and water and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)of various extracts was detected.The results showed that antibacterial activity of the chloroform extract from Pulsatilla chinensis on staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli was better than that of 80% ethanol extract and water extract.The crude polysaccharides have antimicrobial activity from Pulsatilla chinensis,and MIC to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is 80.04 mg/mL.
