摘要
针对辽东湾某区块大斜度井出现的钻井液粘切高、起下钻困难、钻井液流变性不易控制的问题,从清理岩屑床入手,提出通过改善泥饼质量,保证井眼光滑、井壁稳定和保证钻屑携带的基础上,改变钻井液的流变性,使钻井液在钻铤处达到紊流,并及时使钻屑均匀分散在钻井液中,减少形成岩屑床的机会,达到清理岩屑床目的的新方法。该技术在该区块8口水垂比小于2的井上进行了施工,取得了理想的效果。
In view of the high viscosity of drilling fluid,difficult pipe tripping and hard control of drilling fluid rheology in a highly deviated well of a block in Liaodong Bay,a new technical method is put forward that starting from cuttings bed removing,on the basis of the improvement of mud cake quality to ensure a smooth borehole,stable borehole wall and effective cuttings carrying,the rheology of drilling fluid is controlled to be turbulence at the drill collar so as to the cuttings uniformly dispersing in the drilling fluid to reduce the formation of cuttings bed. In this block of Liaodong Bay,this technology is used in 8 wells with the horizontal distance and vertical distance ratio of less than 2,the ideal effects are obtained.
