摘要
林业起重机是针对林业开采的原木进行收集、分类、装卸工作的一种专用随车起重机.利用APDL语言,采用自底向上的建模方法建立了某型号林业起重机的有限元模型,选择了两种典型工况对整机结构进行了静力强度、刚度有限元分析.选取结构件的危险区域进行了应力测试,并将测试点的应力模拟值与实验实测值进行了对比,最大误差为8.6%,在工程应用许可范围内,验证了所开发整机模型模拟的正确性.
Forestry crane is a special type of crane used for collecting,sorting and loading/unloading the logs cut in the forestry sites.In this paper,aparametric finite element model for the whole crane structure has been established.Two critical loading conditions have been chosen to carry out the structural analyses.To validate the numerical analysis results,the stresses at critical locations were measured and compared with the predictions.The relative differences between the predictions and the experiments were less than 8.6%,which can meet the engineering needs.
