摘要
介绍了金陵石化炼油二部3套硫回收装置运行情况。重点分析了影响烟气SO2排放浓度的主要因素,包括酸性气流量和组分波动较大、燃料气硫含量高、配风控制系统、溶剂系统缺陷等。结合影响因素提出降低SO2排放浓度的技改措施及建议。目前3#装置烟气ρ(SO2)已降至月均280 mg/m3水平,满足环保新标准要求。
Operation of three sulphur recovery units of the second Refinery Department, Jinling Petrochemical Corporation is introduced. Main factors influencing emission concentration of SO2 in tail gas were analyzed emphatically, including complex sources of raw gas, greatly fluctuating gas flow, high sulphur content in fuels, defects of air distribution control and solvent absorption systems. According to influencing factors, technical renovation measures and suggestions on lowering SO2 emission were put forwards. At present, SO2 content in flue gas from 3# plant was reduced to less than 280 mg/m3, meeting the new standard of environment protection.
