摘要
基于ANSYS软件分析平台,以静力学理论分析技术为基础,以有限元分析方法为核心,利用Pro/E的三维建模功能建立工件模型后,导入ANSYS软件进行分析。并联合使用这两款软件对某机床床身的丝杠螺母进行了可靠性分析与研究,对变形、应力、应变等物理量进行了分析讨论。为同类型机床结构的设计与制造提供理论依据与参考。
Based on ANSYS software analysis platform and static analysis technology theory,using finite element method and Pro /E,the model is built and importing ANSYS to analyze the screw nut reliability. Deformation,stress,strain and other physical quantities are analyzed and discussed. A theoretical basis and reference are provided for the design and manufacture of the same type of machine tool structure.
