摘要
利用SolidWorks软件建立了泵体和叶轮的三维模型,在雷诺时均方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型的基础上,利用Fluent软件对离心泵叶轮进行了流场的仿真,获得了内流场的静压和速度分布情况,为之后产品的设计和优化提供了依据。
Used SolidWorks software to build the three-dimensional model of the pump and impeller. Based on the Reynolds averaged equations and RNG turbulence model,the impeller of centrifugal pump in Fluent software is simulated and the flow field static pressure and velocity distribution is obtained. A basis is provided for the future product design and optimization.
