摘要
介绍了吴忠市村级动物防疫体系建设的基本情况,针对工作设施条件差、人员年龄老化、技能较差、劳动报酬低等村级动物防疫体系建设的存在问题,从强化基础设施、建立健全制度、明确管理体制、加强队伍建设、提高技能素质等方面提出了加强村级动物防疫体系标准化建设对策。
The basic situation of the animal epidemic prevention system construction in Wuzhong municipality is introduced. Focusing on the issues existing in animal epidemic prevention system construction at village level such as backward working facilities and poor working conditions, personnel aging, low skills of personnel and lower labor remuneration, countermeasures to strengthen standardized animal epidemic prevention system construction at village level are given in the aspects of improving construction of infrastructure, establishing a sound system, defining management system, enhancing personnel team construction and upgrading personnel quality and skills.
