摘要
目的:探讨消化科内镜治疗患者医师的性别选择及其影响因素,以期为提高患者治疗的依从性等提供依据。方法:选择2008年1月至2013年1月我院收治的消化科实施內镜治疗的患者80例为研究对象,采用自制的《消化科内镜治疗患者对医师性别选择影响因素调查表》对80例例消化道疾病患者实施问卷调查,采用logistic回归法对影响患者对医师性别选择的相关因素进行统计学分析,观察各因素与医师性别选择的相关性。结果:单因素分析结果显示性别、年龄、疾病类型与患者对医师性别的选择具有显著的相关性(P<0.05),而职业、收入、受教育状况与患者对医师性别的选择无相关性(P>0.05);logistic多因素回归分析结果显示性别(X2=6.799,P=0.009,95%CI1.303-6.467)、疾病类型(X2=6.136,P=0.013,95%CI1.227-5.783)是影响患者对医师性别选择的主要因素,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:性别、疾病类型是影响患者对医师性别选择倾向的主要因素,因此医院在医师性别上要合理的配置,尽量满足患者的需求,进而提高患者治疗的依从性。
Objective： To investigate the doctors＇ gender selection of patients with endoscopic treatment in digestive department and the influencing factors,to provide a basis for improving patients＇ compliance,etc. Method： 80 cases of patients with endoscopic treatment in digestive department in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2013 were selected as the research object,questionnaire survey were implemented to the 80 patients by using self-made table,then the logistic regression method was used to the statistical analysis of the related factors which impacted the doctors＇ gender selection of patients,and observed the correlation among all factors and doctors＇ gender selection. Result： The single factor analysis showed that the gender,age,disease types were significant correlated（ P〈0.05） with patient＇s choice of doctors＇ gender,while the occupation,incoming,education stations,They were not correlated（ P〈0.05） with the patient＇s choice of doctors＇ gender; The results of Logistic multifactor regression analysis showed that the gender（ X^2= 6.799,P = 6.799,95% CI1.303-6.467）,age（ X2= 3.875,P = 3.875,95% CI1.003-3.936）,type of disease（ X^2= 6.136,P = 6.136,95% CI1.227 5.783） were the main factors influencing the patients＇ choice of doctors＇ gender,there was statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The gender,type of disease are the main factors influencing the patients＇ choice of doctors＇ gender,so the hospital should configured reasonably on the choice tendency of doctors＇ gender,try to meet the needs of patients,and improve patients＇ compliance.
