摘要
以ZrOCl_2·8H_2O和NaOH为原料,采用机械化学法制备ZrO_2纳米粉体。研究了前驱体不同处理方法对粒径的影响。采用X射线衍射仪、激光粒度分析仪、比表面积仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜对粉体进行表征。结果表明前驱体经500℃煅烧后出现t-ZrO_2,且随温度升高,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,晶型逐渐完整。采用机械化学法可制备分散均匀、粒径为10 nm的ZrO_2粉体,其最佳处理工艺条件是先将前驱体500℃煅烧后再将NaCl洗去。
Nano-zirconia powders has been prepared by mechanochemical processing using ZrOC12 8H2O and NaOH as the materials. The effect of different treatment methods on particle size was investigated. The powders were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), laser particle size analyzer, specific surface area analyzer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results showed that the t-ZrO2 can be obtained with the heat treatment temperature of 500 ℃, and with the increasing of calcination temperature, grain size increased and crystallization was more completely. Well-dispersed ZrO2 nanopowder with a mean particle size of 10 nm could be prepared by mechanochemical method. The best preparation condition was first calcining the precursor at 500 ℃ then washing NaC1 away.
