摘要
研制开发一种具有自主知识产权的立体停车场升降系统安全装置,当停车场升降系统出现故障坠落时产生巨大能量,带有能量液体通过主进油口到下内耗腔,一小部分通过内外腔连接孔进入上稳压腔,绝大部分通过下内耗腔到主出油口流出。由于下内耗腔有液体流动压力会急剧下降,而上稳压腔无液体流动压力不变,上稳压腔的压力大于下内耗腔的压力,浮动压力平衡侧板克服弹性支承下移使下内耗腔间隙减小。通过计算流进能量吸收装置所损失的能量与流量线性增大,与浮动压力平衡侧板和能量吸收壳体底部的间隙减小成三次方数量级增大,能量损失快速转换为热能,进而实现随意调整冲击能量吸收值的大小,做到能量的合理匹配目的。
A kind of stereoscopic parking lift system with independent intellectual property rights security device is developed. A huge energy will be generated when parking lift system fails and falls, liquid with energy consumed through the main inlet to the chamber, a small part of the liquid go through the internal and external cavity connection hole into the pressure stabilizing cavity, most part flow out the main oil outlet after passing through lower internal friction cavity. Due to liquid flow, pressure in lower internal friction cavity will fell sharply, pressure in upper pressure stabilizing cavity is constant because of no liquid flow, so the pressure in upper pressure stabilizing cavity is greater than that of internal friction cavity, floating pressure balance side panel moves down to overcome the elastic support and decreases gap in lower internal cavity. By calculating the energy loss flowing into energy absorption device and the linear increase of flow , and the floating pressure side panel and the bottom of energy absorption shell decrease into third power of magnitude increase, energy loss rapidly converted into heat energy, thereby the value of impact absorption can be adjusted at will, reasonable energy matching can be achieved.
