摘要
就业价值取向是人们在一定历史条件下,在就业过程中对职业价值追求、定位、评价和选择的一种倾向性态度,其对高职院校学生就业起到导向性作用。通过问卷调查的方式,从就业准备、就业目标、择业影响因素及就业指导等4个方面,对福州地区高职院校学生就业价值取向进行调查,并在此基础上分析其变化特点及产生的影响,认为引导高职院校学生树立正确就业价值取向的策略应该由社会、学校、个人三方面共同努力。
Employment value orientation is the tendency thinking on pursuit ,position setting ,assesses and choice ,which is developed in certain historical environment and guides the direction of vocational college graduation employment .With the questionnaire about employment preparation ,target ,factors and guidance ,the employment value orientation is investigated in Fuzhou vocational college students .Base on the result ,the changing characteristics and influence is analyzed ,therefore the strategy is built to make the vocational college students being with correct employment value orientation .
