摘要
构建适应当前高等教育发展需要的课堂教学评价体系及评价方法有着重要意义,高校应对课堂教学进行全面评价,体现质与量结合、个性和差异结合、主体参与、动态发展等多元化特点,确保其导向、诊断和激励作用的发挥。要激励教师不断提高自身素质、更新教学内容、改进教学方法,推进高校教学质量的提高。
Constructing classroom teaching evaluation system and methods adaptive to current higher education development needs has vital significance, institutions of higher learning should make comprehensive evaluation towards classroom teaching, reflect the integration of quality and quantity, incorporation of individuality and discrepancy, subject participation, dynamic development and the likes diversified characteristics, to ensure its orientation, diagnosis and incentive function. It should constantly encourage teachers to improve their self- quality, renew the teaching content, improve teaching methods, so as to promote the improvement of teaching quality of institutions of higher learning.
