摘要
随着高速公路采用电子不停车收费(ETC)收取通行费运营模式的深入开展,车辆偷逃通行费问题日渐严峻,给我国高速公路经济状况带来影响,不利于ETC的长远发展。鉴于此,通过对当前常见的ETC逃费行为进行分析,并从车道布局、控制逻辑、检测技术、车载标签管理上有针对性地提出一系列应对措施或建议,有助于对这些逃费行为进行整治。
With the operation deeply, toll evasions shown in highway ETC lane become more serious, which not only influence the highway management order, but also count against the ETC long-term development. So by analyzing the behavior of existing common toll evasions, a series of targeted measures or suggestions derived from lane layout, control logic, detection technology and OBU management were presented,in order to contribute to solve these ETC toll evasions.
