摘要
目的:评价585nm脉冲染料激光治疗面部脉细血管扩张的疗效及安全性。方法:对入选的136例面部毛细血管扩张患者用波长585nm的脉冲染料激光进行治疗,治疗结束后观察其疗效及安全性。结果:经半年随访,仅有14例患者出现暂时性色素沉着,无复发,治愈率62.5%,有效率100%,效果满意。结论:585nm脉冲染料激光治疗面部毛细血管扩张安全有效。
Objectives：To study the therapeutic efficacy and safety of facial telangiectasis of 585nm pulsed dye laser treatment. Method：Treatment of 585nm pulsed dye laser in 136 cases of facial telangiectasia were selected, to observe its efficacy and safety after the treatment. Results：After six months follow-up, only 14 patients had a temporary pigmentation, no recurrence.The cure and effective rate was 62.5% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion：585nm pulsed dye laser treatment of telangiectasias was effective and safety.
