氨气相沉积法制备抗紫外织物

Preparation of Uvioresistant Fabric by Ammonia Vapor Deposition Method

摘要 采用氨气相沉积法在织物表面原位生成CeO2颗粒以制备抗紫外织物,并使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)和紫外分光光度计对其进行表征。结果表明:CeO2颗粒能与织物紧密结合,并有效屏蔽紫外光,经整理后的织物具有非常好的抗紫外性能。棉织物经整理前后的UPF值从8.71提高到298.26,比整理前提高了33倍;UVA透过率从17.95%降低到2.11%;经整理后的涤纶织物的抗紫外性能也有非常大的提高;而且,在经过30次洗涤后,所得织物仍能保持较好的抗紫外性能。 Ammonia vapor deposition method was adopted for in-situ generation of CeO2 particles on the surface of fabrics to prepare uvioresistant fabrics.X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and ultraviolet spectrophotometer were used to characterize them.The results show CeO2 particles can closely combine with fabrics and effectively shield ultraviolet light;the fabrics after treatment has excellent ultraviolet resistance property.After treatment,UPF of cotton fabrics increases from 8.71 to 298.26.The transmittance of UVA decreases to 2.11%from 17.95%.The uvioresistant performance of the polyester fabric after treatment also improves greatly.Besides,the fabrics after 30times of washing can still maintain good uvioresistant performance.
