摘要
目的 :分析不同产地的 5个南苍术和 5个北苍术挥发油的化学成分。方法 :气相色谱 质谱联用。结果 :从南、北苍术挥发油中分别鉴定了 32和 2 9个化合物。结论 :北苍术挥发油的主成分为 β 桉叶油醇或 β 桉叶油醇和苍术酮 ,而南苍术挥发油的主成分分别为茅术醇、β 桉叶油醇和苍术酮。
Objective:To analyze the constituents from the rhizomes of Atractylodes lancea and A. chinensis in essential oils.Method:GC-MS method was used.Result:32 and 29 compouds were identified respectively.Conclusion:The main constituents in the essential oils from the rhizome of A. chinensis are β-eudesmol or a mixture of β-eudesmol and atractylone, whereas from that of A. lancea are hinesol, a mixture of β-eudesmol and atractylone,and atractylone.
