摘要
目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植在面部塑形和改善面部衰老的方法和临床效果。方法：以标准自体脂肪注射器负压吸引法吸取大腿、腹部脂肪颗粒，纯化后根据术前设计用脂肪抽吸针将脂肪颗粒注射至额颞部、面颊、苹果肌、泪沟、鼻唇沟、上睑、下颏等需要填充部位。结果：本组58例求美者无明显术后并发症。随访3～6个月，仅1例行2次注射。填充后面部较术前丰满，质感同周围组织，形态自然，面部衰老得以改善。结论：采用自体脂肪颗粒移植可达到丰满塑形、改善面部衰老的效果，符合面部软组织特征。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of autologous fat particles injection on facial cosmetic remodeling and the method of Improving facial aging. Methods Fat granules from thigh and abdomen were harvested by way of autologous fat syringe suction.After purification,the fat granule was injected by liposuction needle into parts that need to be filled, such as the fronto-temporal region, check area, apple muscle, tears ditch, nasolabial fold, upper eyelid, chin and so on. Results There is no significant postoperative complications in all 58 patients. All cases were followed up for 3 to 6 months, except one case of injection twice. After the operation, the face is plump than before, the texture is the same as the surrounding tissues and the shape is natural. Conclusion The application of facial autologous fat granule injection achieves the plump shaping and improving facial aging effect and complies with the characteristics of the facial soft tissue.
