摘要
目的探讨真武汤加减治疗法对老年2型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床治疗效果。方法选择本院收治的老年2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者42例,随机分成两组,治疗组采用真武汤加减方进行治疗,对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率要明显高于对照组,治疗组患者皮质素在治疗后要明显低于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用真武汤加减治疗法对于老年2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行治疗具有显著治疗效果,值得进行临床推广。
Objective Discuss the clinical outcomes of Zhenwu decoction therapy in elderly type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Methods Chose 42 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group were treated with Zhenwu decoction, the patients in control group were treated with conventional medicine. Results The total efficiency in treatment group was significantly higher than control group, the cortisol level in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Zhenwu Decoction therapy for elderly patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy has a significant therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical application.
