摘要
虚拟样机技术是航天发射场信息化建设、综合维修保障能力提升的重要途径和方法。介绍了载人航天发射场脐带塔等关键设备三维可视化建模、基于有限元法的回转平台结构静动特性分析、电缆摆杆等发射场复杂电气控制设备虚拟仿真与训练系统、脐带塔封闭区温度场建模与评估等虚拟样机技术在发射场4个方面的典型应用情况,系统总结了虚拟样机技术在发射场应用的特点、作用和规律。同时,对虚拟样机技术在未来发射场中的应用作了展望分析。
Four typical applications of virtual prototype technology in the manned space launch site were introduced , including visual modeling of key mechanical equipments , static and dynamic anal-ysis of key mechanical structures with finite element method (FEM),virtual simulation and training system of electro-control equipments , temperature field modeling and evaluation of the closing space .The characteristics of virtual prototype technology applied in the manned space launch site were analyzed , and the function of virtual prototype technology in the informationization of the man-ned space launch site was discussed .After that , the future development of virtual prototype technol-ogy applied in the manned space launch site was summarized .
