摘要
目的观察及比较腔镜手术与开腹手术对妇科盆腔手术患者术后生殖系统功能的影响。方法选取2011年9月~2013年4月于本院进行妇科盆腔手术治疗的98例患者为研究对象,将其根据手术方式分为A组（开腹手术组）49例和B组（腔镜手术组）49例,比较两组患者手术前和手术后1、3个月的卵巢功能指标及国际女性性功能评估量表评分、月经异常发生率。结果 B组患者手术后的卵巢功能指标波动均小于A组,国际女性性功能评估量表评分均好于A组,月经异常发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腔镜手术对妇科盆腔手术患者术后生殖系统功能的不良影响小于开腹手术,临床应用价值相对更高。
Objective To observe and compare the influence of endoscopic operation and open operation for the postoperative reproductive system function of patients with gynecological pelvic operation. Methods 98 patients with gynecological pelvic operation in our hospital from September 2010 to April 2013 were selected as research object,and they were divided into group A （open operation group） 49 cases and group B （endoscopic operation group） 49 cases according to the operation time,then the ovarian function indexes,evaluation of the female sexual function index and abnormal rate of menstruation of two groups before the operation and at first and third month after the treatment were compared. Results The fluctuation of ovarian function indexes of group B were smaller than those of group A,evaluation of the female sexual function index were better than those of group A,the abnormal rates of menstruation were lower than those of group A,there were all significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bad influence of endoscopic operation for the postoperative reproductive system function of patients with gynecological pelvic operation is better than that of open operation,and its clinical application value is relatively higher.
