摘要
以五氧化二磷和二乙二醇单丁醚合成磷酸酯,再水解磷酸三酯成双酯,并对产物进行性能测试。结果表明:最佳合成工艺为:五氧化二磷:二乙二醇单丁醚:水的质量之比为8:16:5,反应温度70℃,反应3h,水解1h,合成丝光渗透剂。该丝光渗透剂在氢氧化钠溶液为180-280g/L时,其渗透力为80-100s,起泡比为0,符合棉织物丝光工艺要求。
Penetrating agent for mercerization is prepared with phosphorus pentoxide and diethylene glycol mono butyl ether as raw materials, and followed by hydrolysing phosophoric triester to diester, the properties are tested. The results show that the optimal synthesis process is as follows: m,( phosphorus pentoxide) :m( diethylene glycol mono butyl ether) :m(water) of 8: 16: 5, reacting at 70 ℃ for 3 h and hydrolysis for 1 h. Under the condition of sodium hydroxide concentration 180-280 g/L, the penetrating ability of this product is 80- 120 s, and foaming rate is 0, which can meet the requirement for cotton mercerization.
