摘要
工程生态观是人们关于工程与自然、生态关系的根本观点与看法.当代工程生态观,是对传统工程观批判扬弃的结果,是对现实工程活动反思批判的结果,是生态文明的进步要求与价值诉求。当代工程生态观有其丰富的内涵与要求,它要求以生态学的视角看待工程活动,实现工程与社会、经济、生态和谐共处,可持续发展;以全面、辩证、历史的观点看待工程的生态影响,确立合理利用自然、适度改造自然的工程生态观;辩证地看待人与自然的双重互动关系,确立动态、和谐、整体性的工程生态观;既要实现对自然进行适度改造与变革,又要保持人与自然的平衡与协调;工程生态观是生态文明理念的反映,是生态价值观的集中体现。确立正确的工程生态观,有助于实现工程方式的转变,有助于实现工程宗旨、目的、功能的转变与提升,有助于实现工程活动的生态化转向,有助于探寻工程创新的方向,它对促进工程与自然生态的和谐发展、推动生态文明建设起重要的思想支撑作用。
The engineering-ecology-view is the fundamental view and opinion on the relation-ships between the engineering with nature and ecology.Contemporary engineering-ecology-view is the result of criticizing and sublating the traditional concept of engineering as well as the result that criticizes and reflects on the actual engineering activities,which is the progressive requirement and value aspiration of ecological civilization.Contemporary engineering-ecology-view has rich content and requirement.It requires to treat engineering activities from ecological perspective,and to realize a harmonious and sustainable development of engineering with society,economy and ecology.It has a comprehensive,dialectical,historical perspective on the ecological impact of engineering,and tries to establish the engineering-ecology-view of rational using the nature and moderate transforming the nature.It requires dialectically dual interaction between man and nature,and establishment of a dy-namic,harmonious and holistic concept of the engineering-ecology-view.It is necessary to achieve a modest transformation and change of nature,but also to maintain balance and harmony between man and nature.Engineering-ecology-view is a reflection of ecological civilization ideology and a concen-trated expression of ecological values.Establishing the correct engineering-ecology-view contributes to changing the engineering way,achieving the transformation and upgrading purpose,obj ective and function of the engineering,realizing the ecological change of the engineering activity,and exploring the direction of engineering innovation.It can play an important mental supporting role in promoting a harmonious development of engineering,and promoting the construction of the ecological civilization.
