摘要
介绍了在混凝土中综合物理、化学、物理化学以及生化作用 ,多层次多反复地降解和消除污染物质的生态混凝土污水处理方法 .这一方法采用侧滤 ,首先对污水进行预处理 ,去除固体悬浮物质后 ,再经过推流式生态混凝土水处理装置 ,达到污水净化的目的 ;另外 ,通过在生态混凝土中掺加缓释性净水材料 ,提高了生态混凝土的净水效果和耐久性 .在实验室研究的基础上 ,进行了严重污染河道污水的就地净化现场试验 ,结果表明 ,COD ,BOD去除率超过 5 0 % ,TP去除率超过 70 % ,TN去除率达到 2 0 % .此项技术不仅开拓了混凝土材料的使用范围 ,也为解决水污染问题提供了一种投资少 ,效果好 ,运转费用低的好方法 .
A method for sewage treatment using Eco-concrete was presented. In this method, the pollutants in wastewater degraded and eliminated in multi-layers repeatedly by means of synthetic action occurring on the eco-concrete which include physical, chemical, physicochemical and biochemical actions. The sewage purification was carried out through two step. At first, the sewage was pre-treated using side filtration technology in order to remove suspended solids. Second, sewage flowed through a disposal device with the style of drag flow which was composed of eco-concrete. Also, the special purifying function material with the style of slow release was added into eco-concrete, which can promote the purification effectiveness and durability of eco-concrete. On the base of studying in laboratory, the in site sewage purification test was made at a serious pollution river. The results show that the decrease ratio of COD, BOD, TP and TN may reach respectively 50%, 50%, 70%, and 20%. This technology may not only expand the application range of concrete, but also provide a good way for sewage disposal with the advantages of low investment expenses, good effect and low operation cost.
