摘要
本文针对“经济全球化是发展中国家陷阱”的观点提出了不同意见。对所谓的新普雷维什主义提出了批评 ,指出尽管现实的国际经济体系是不尽合理的 ,但这不是发展中国家普遍落后的根源。而错误的国内政策包括内向型的经济发展战略才是发展中国家普遍落后的根源。当代发展中国家的实践已经充分证明 ,越是积极参与国际经济体系 ,越是积极参与经济全球化 ,经济发展越成功。经济全球化是发展中国家后来居上的必由之路 ,广大发展中国家只有积极参与经济全球化 ,才能获得生存和发展。
Here are the author's different opinions about the saying that “economic globalization is a trap for the developing countries.”The author criticizes the so\|called New\|Pleivishism and points out that though the current world economic system is not altogether reasonable,it is not the origin of the generally backward state of the developing countries.The real causes of the general backwardness in development of developing countries lie in their wrong domestic policy,including their inward economic development strategy.Practice of contemporary developing countries has fully proved that the more active in taking part in the international economic system and more active in having a hand in economic globalization,the more successful their economic development.Economic globalization is the only way for the developing countries as late\|comers who want to surpass the old\|timers to follow.Only by actively taking part in economic globalization can developing countries survive and develop.
