摘要
目的 :寻求一种简单的毛发移植修复眉毛缺损的方法。 方法 :先在枕后发际内切取一条带毛发的完整头皮 ,在显微镜下 ,用显微器械把每一根毛发连同毛囊完整分离出 ;用普通的缝合针或特制的植毛针把带完整毛囊的毛发缝植于眉毛缺损处。 结果 :所有 18例 2 9只眉毛通过本方法移植均取得成功。 结论 :因每根移植的毛发均带完整的毛囊 ,成活率高 ;并可控制毛发生长的方向及疏密度 。
Objective:To explore a simple surgical technique of hair restoration for the eyebrow. Methods:First,we cut off a scalp carring the hair along with it in the pillow within the hairline.Then we separate the individual hair follicle.Second,to transplant the hair with the complete follicle and bulb into the recipient site of defective eyebrow by a needle. Results:All of the 18 cases with 29 pieces eyebrow using this way for restoring the eyebrow get satisfactory result. Conclusion:As getting a completely follicle by our method,so the chance of success for individual hair transplantmcnt is very high.The angle and the density of the transplanted hair can be controlled,the hair is very likely as nature eyebrow. [
