摘要
目的 :考查因煎煮时间、次数等因素的不同 ,对黄连与大黄共煎时主要有效成分变化的影响 ,筛选最佳提取工艺。方法 :运用正交法筛选工艺 ,薄层扫描测定有效成分含量。结果 :提取盐酸小檗碱的最佳方案为A2 B2 C1D1,即煎煮时间 2 .5h ,煎煮次数 3次 ,加水量 1 8倍 ,浸泡时间 3h。结论
Objective:To investigate the effects of various decocting times,and frequencies on the main active components of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Rhizoma Coptidis decocting together so as to determine the best extracting technology.Methods:Orthogonal method was used to screen the extracting technology and TLC scanning to determine the content of main active components. Conclusion: Proper decocting frequency and adding water volume will increase the yield of the main active components.
