摘要
非脱墨再生纸厂很容易实现封闭循环，而脱墨再生纸厂由于在生产过程中加入不少化学品，较难实现封闭循环。设计一个封闭循环的脱墨设施在技术上是可行的，但设施的费用较高，目前在经济上尚不尽合理。
Non－ deinking recycled paper mills are easy to achieve closed cycle,while deinking recycled paper mills are difficult to achieve closed cycle because of adding many chemicals in the process.Design a closed cycle deinking facility is technically feasible,the cost of the facility, however is high and not currently justifiable economically.
