摘要 为保证汽车起重机安全工作,避免由于超载而引起的倾翻、折臂等现象,限制汽车起重机工作力矩是其中有效方法之一.汽车起重机的工作力矩随着起升角度及吊臂的伸长量变化.文章介绍了所设计的单片汽车起重机力矩限制器的工作原理.测出起重量。主臂长度和起升角度,然后计算出工作力矩与给定值比较.当工作力矩超过设定值时,声光报警并自动采取措施. For safety working of an automobile crane and avoiding accidents such as toppling over gib failure, by over weight to restrain working moment of automobile crane is considered to be one of effective methods. The moment of an automobile crane is varied with the changing of angle of elevation and gib length of foe crane. In this paper, the working principle of single-chip microcomputer control and restraining of moment in automobile crane is introducted. The lifting weight, length of main gib and angle of elevation are measured. The moment of force is calculated and compared with the setting value, When if exceeds the setting value, warning signal is given and the protection procedure is automaticaily taken.
