摘要
应用喷吹气体进行搅拌的间歇操作反应器在冶金中有广泛应用。本文应用激光测速和高速摄影等方法对反应器中熔渣卷入金属液和渣铁边界附近的流动现象进行了模拟研究。实验结果表明:熔渣的卷入和喷吹气体流量、喷吹方式及渣量有关。熔渣的存在对金属液的循环流动起阻滞作用,减弱了混合效果。
The batch reactor stirred by gas injection is widely applied in the metal- lurgy.The phenomena of slag entrapment into metal bath and fluid flow near the slag-metal boundary are studied experimentally by use of a two-component LDA and a high speed camera.The water as a modelling fluid for metal bath and transformer oil for slag are used.Their kinematic viscosity ratio is equal to each other The Froude number is used as the criterion of similarity of gas stirred bath flow.Results showed that the slag-metal dispersion extent is de- pendent on the gas flow rate,the injection parameters,and the slag- metal ratio.The flow pattern of the bath with slag is essentially alike as the case of bath without slag.But the friction resistance of the slag layer to the metal bath causes a reduction in circulating rate and mixing of the metal bath.
