摘要
目的 :探讨良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)患者年龄和前列腺体积 (PV)与血清前列腺特异抗原水平的关系。方法 :采用放射免疫法测定 6 6例 BPH患者游离前列腺特异抗原 (FPSA)、总前列腺特异抗原 (TPSA) ,计算出FPSA/ TPSA比值 ,并测定切除的前列腺实际体积。结果 :患者年龄、PV与 FPSA、TPSA的相关系数分别为 0 .32、0 .2 5、0 .70和 0 .5 7,P均 <0 .0 5 ,而与 FPSA/ TPSA的相关系数分别为 - 0 .14、- 0 .10 ,P均 >0 .0 5。结论 :患者年龄、PV分别与 FPSA、TPSA有正相关性 ,而与 FPSA/ TPSA无相关性。
Purpose:To evaluate in a prospective trial the effects of age and prostatic volume on serum PSA level in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods:Using radioimmunoasay,free prostate specific antigen (FPSA) and total prostatic specific antigen (TPSA) were determined in 66 patients with BPH,F/TPSA was calculated,prostatic actual volume excised was determined.Results:r between patients′ age,prostatic volume and serum FPSA,TPSA levels is 0.32 , 0.25 , 0.70 and 0.57 respectively,P< 0.05 .r between patients′ age,prostatic volume and F/TPSA is - 0.14 and - 0.10 respectively,P> 0.05 .Conclusion:Patients′ age,prostatic volume in positive correlative with serum FPSA,TPSA levels respectively,and is not correlative with serum F/TPSA level respectively.
