摘要
观察血塞通胶丸治疗中风病 (动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗塞 )恢复期气虚血瘀证的疗效。设治疗组 40例 (血塞通胶丸 ) ,对照组 3 0例 (脑血栓片 ) ,疗程 1个月 ,作疗效对比。结果 :治疗组中风病积分总有效率 82 5 % ,对照组总有效率 77.0 % ( (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组中医症侯积分总有效率85 .0 % ,对照组总有效率 80 .0 % (P >0 .0 5 )。血浆粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原观察指标治疗组均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示血塞通胶丸治疗脑梗塞恢复期疗效较好。
To observe the curative effects of “Infarction Smoothing Capsule”in treating cerebral arteriosclerotic thrombotic infarction in restoration stage,40 cases in treatment group were treated by“Infarction Smoothing Capsule”,2 capsules one time and 3 times a day,and another 30 cases in control group were treated by“Xueshuan Pill”,4 pills one time and three times a day;they were treated for one month and their effects were compared.Results showed,that in apoplectic integral the total effective rate was 82 5% in treatment group and 77% in control group,with a difference between them( P <0.05);that in Chinese medical symptom integral the total effective rate was 85% in treatment group and 80% in control group,with no significance( P >0.05);the plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen were improved much more in treatment group than in control group( P <0.05).
