摘要
本文对服用抗癫痫药物达1~1.5年的78例患儿进行了治疗药物监测(TDM)、血生化及放射学骨矿含量(BMC)等定量指标的观察研究。结果表明,BMC水平下降,碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性与治疗呈正相关。当苯巴比妥钠(PBS),丙戊酸钠(SV)的TDM(?)值分别大于18.21mg/ml、74.25mg/ml时,AKP活性增加。
Treatment determine medicine, biochemistry of blood and content of bone mineral by radiology were studied in 78 sick children who took antiepilepsy drugs for 1-1.5 years. The results showed that contents of bone mineral was lower, there was a positive correlation between AKP activity and phases of treatment. When concentration of phenobarbital sodium and sodium valproate in blood were more than 18.21mg/ml and 74.25mg/ml respectively, AKP activity increased.
