摘要
本文研究了济南市卧虎山水库浮游植物的种群数量和优势种类,分析了水温、溶解氧、总氮、总磷、叶绿素a、初级生产力之间的关系,依据形态学特征、物理指标、化学指标、生物指标对水库的营养状况进行了综合评价,得出卧虎山水库属于中营养型水库。提出防治的建议和措施:减少氮磷的入库排放量;建立库区及其流域的良性生态平衡;生物治理;加强管理。
This paper studies the population quantities and the dominant species of phytoplankton, analyses the relations among the water temperature, dissolved oxygen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, chlorophylla and primary productivity We assessed synthetically the nutrition according to the indexs of morphological. characters, physical, chemical and biological parameters. Then we made a conclusion that the Wohushan reservoir belongs to mesotrophy. We put forward some proposals and methods as well. For example, decreasing the quantities of nitrogen and phosphorus flowing into the reservoir, erecting a good ecological equilibrium of the reservoir and its area, using biological methods and strengthening management.
