摘要
以三甲基乙酸、三氯化磷为原料 ,通过正交实验对影响反应的因素进行考察 ,确定最佳反应工艺条件为 :三氯化磷与三甲基醋酸摩尔比为 0 .4 :1 ,反应温度为 50℃ ,加料时间 1 5~ 30min ,反应时间 1~ 1 .5h ,合成收率达到 90 %以上 .该反应工艺条件温和 ,具有工业化生产价值 .产品纯度接近法国SNPE公司标准 .
Trimethyl acetyl chloride was synthesized with trimethyl-acetyl acid and phosphorus trichloride,and various factors of the reaction were investigated by the orthogonal experiment,and the optimal reaction condition was determined as follows:%n%(phosphorus trichloride):%n%(trimethyl-acetyl acid)= 0.4:1,reaction temperature is 50 ℃,dropping time is 15~30 min,reaction time is 1~1.5 h,the synthetic yield under the optimal conditions was up to 90 %.This is a promising technigue and can be applied to industrial production.The purity of the product was close to the standard of France SNPE corporation.
