摘要
连续截面定位问题是三维重建中的共同难题 ,针对目前广泛应用的外定位法和内定位法 ,提出最大重合度内定位法 ,详细分析了该方法的理论依据和实现方法以及快速算法 。
The registration of serial sections is a major obstacle of three— dimensional reconstruction.This paper describes maximal degree of coincidence in view of inside and outside registration,and analyzes the theoretical basis and the realizing method and the fast algorithm.The results demonstrate the correctness of this registration method.
