摘要
我国劳动力的失业包括显性失业和隐性失业,目前的失业率主要由隐性失业率构成。本文尝试利用一种生产函数模型估计劳动力利用状况影响系数，进而对我国的隐性失业率进行测算。
Unemployment embraces dominant unemployment and recessive unem-ployment. The unem- ployment rate in China is mainly formed by the recessive unemployment rate. This article attempts to estimate the influence coefficient of used situation of labour forces by a production fuction. with this, the article has estimated the rate of recessive unemployment in China.
