摘要
为探讨糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄率 (AER)与骨密度 (BMD)的相关性 ,测定了 10 6例糖尿病患者和 2 0例正常人 (对照组 ) 2 4小时 AER,根据糖尿病患者 AER分为 组即正常蛋白尿组、 组即微量白蛋白尿组、 组即大量白蛋白尿组 ,并分别测定其 L2~ 4椎体、股骨近端 BMD。结果显示 ,除 、 组男性患者腰椎 BMD与对照组无明显差异外 ,其余各组、各部位 BMD与对照组相比均明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;男女糖尿病 AER正常患者分别与同性别对照组相比 ,其 BMD亦降低 (P<0 .0 1)。糖尿病患者中 , 组 BMD明显低于 、 组 (P<0 .0 5 )。提示糖尿病肾病患者 BMD比正常人低 ,大量蛋白尿组 BMD较其它组显著下降。
To observe the relationship between urine albumin excretion rate and bone density in patients with diabetes mellitusAccording to urine albumin excretion rate(AER),106 diabetes patients were divided into three groups,normal albumin(AER<20g/min),microalbumin(20g/min<AER<200g/min)and macroalbumin(AER>200g/min),measured three groups’bone mineral density(BMD)Results showed that the BMD of lumbar spines(2~4)and femoral neck and GT and Ward’s triangle were significantly lower in diabetic patients than in controls(P<001)expect for lumbar spines(2~4)in normal albumin and microalbumin group of male patientsFuthermore,in diabetes patients BMD was significantly lower in macroalbumin than in normal albumin and microalbumin groups(P<005)This suggest the BMD in diabetic nephropathy is decreased,which is more remarkble in the group with macroalbuminuria than in normal albuminuria and microalbuminuria groups
