摘要
为探讨不同家庭及社会支持对截瘫病人康复的影响 ,对 5 0例出院截瘫病人进行为期2a的随访。结果显示 :家庭经济状况好 ,照顾者文化程度高 ,家庭、社会支持程度高的病人 ,肢体功能恢复情况、自理能力明显高于对照组 ,并发症发生率明显低于对照组。说明家庭。
To probe into the effects of different family and social supports on rehabilitation of paraplegia patients, 50 cases of discharged patients have been followed up for 2 years. Results showed that those patients with better economic condition, whose care-taker being well-educated, and those who got higher family and social supports, their recoveries of extremities function and their ability of taking care of themselves were remarkably higher than that in control group. And patients in test group were less complicated compared to that in control group. Denoted that it was essential and important for paraplegia patients to get both family and social supports in the course of rehabilitation.
