摘要
研究了搭接条件下激光热有效利用率的计算方法。分析了搭接熔覆时的对流机制和显微组织特征 ,并利用该对流机制解释了不同区域的组织、成分的变化 ,测量了熔覆层的力学性能。
WT5”BZ]This paper deals with the calculating method for the effective heat utilization of laser during the broad beam overlapping,the microstructure features of overlapping cladding layer and the convection mechanism,which was used to explain the variation of the microstructure and the distribution of alloys in different areas.The mechanical properties of the overlapping clad layer are measured.
