摘要
通过确定Nd_2Fe_(14)B中各原子的坐标,进而采用计算K值直接对比法,建立了对Nd_2Fe_(14)B/α—Fe双相永磁合金的相含量分析计算程序。对X射线衍射积分强度进行织构修正后,即可由程序计算出不同淬速下制备的Nd_2Fe_(14)B/α-Fe双相永磁合金中各相的体积含量。
An analysis method of the volume fraction of phases in nanocomposite pennanent magnets has been developed by the direct comparision method with the calculated K value and a computer calculated program for the method has been made. Using the method the volume fraction of the phases in Nd2F14B/α - Fe nanocomposite magnets prepared by defferent quenching was obtained.
