摘要
对广东荔枝主要品种花粉的萌发率、贮藏性进行试验,‘糯米糍’最强,全花期萌发率最高年份达82.71%,依次是‘桂味’74.87%,‘怀枝’56.44%,‘三月红’54.74%,‘黑叶’44.78%,‘妃子笑’几乎没有生活力.一般盛花期比初、末花期强.7℃不萌发,15℃低,23℃或24~28℃最适.干燥器贮藏比自然贮藏大大延长花粉寿命,10天的萌发率‘桂味’58.93%,‘糯米糍’41.84%,‘怀枝’50.69%,均较‘黑叶’、‘三月红’耐藏;低温加干燥可延长贮藏.短时浸泡对萌发率影响不大,浸泡一天显著下降,浸泡两天几乎无萌发力.花蜜原液严重抑制萌发.
Since 1983, experiments on pollen germination and pollen storage of the important Litchi varieties of Guangdong were carried out. Pollens using 10% sucrose as culture medium, were placed in an incubator at 26℃ (±1).The results of observations on pollen germination of various Litchi varieties were obtained as follows: The pollen germinating rate of 'Nuomici'variety was the highest (pollen taken from the flows at the fully blooming period of the tree) 82.71%;followed by 'Guiwei' variety 74.8%. 'Sanyuehong' variety 57.72%, 'Huaizhi'variety 56.44%,'Hei ye' variety 44.78% respectively. The pollen of 'Feizixiao' variety proved to be very weak or none in the ability of germination.The results showed that the optimum temperature for the best germination of Litchi pollen was obtained at 23℃ (with a range from 24~28℃).If the tempeature was lowered to 20℃, the germination rate was only fair. While no germination was obtained the temperature was further lowered and kept at 7℃. In general pollens collected during the fully blooming period could germinate far better than those collected during the beginning or the end of the blooming period.The results of experiments on Litchi pollen storage showed that the longevity of Litchi pollen was far better when the pollens were kept in a desiccator thaen when kept under ordinary room conditon. After 10 days in the desiccator, th germination rate of'Cuiwei' pollen still attained the best result 58.93%,followed by'Nuomici' 41.84%,'Huaizhi' 50.69% and lastly 'Heiye' and 'Sanyue hung' respecti-vely.
