摘要
本文提出一个用于工业工程专业的新的教学实验体系 ,该体系打破了传统的专业教学实验模式 ,突出综合型实验和开发设计型实验以及实验的系统性和连贯性。它由若干个子系统组成 ,各子系统又由若干实验系列和具体的实验单元构成。该体系使用一个较典型的工业产品作为主要实验对象 ,通过实验体系来模拟生产该产品的企业的工业工程活动 ,达到验证专业理论 ,提高学生的实际动手能力和分析解决实际问题的能力的目的。使学生得到工业工程师具备的素质和能力的基本训练 ,也为教师和研究生提供了研究条件。同时 ,运用计算机技术和网络环境 ,对实验方式和方法进行了改革性探讨。
This paper proposed a new experimental system for IE teaching and training. It laid stress on the experimental types of the synthetic and design, and the systematization and consistency of the experiments. It consists of several subsystem and individual experiments, in which a product is used as the experimental object in all experiments to simulate all IE activities of an enterprise manufacturing the product. The system is suitable for undergraduates, college students, and postgraduates and IE people of different levels from enterprises. It can verify theories, enable students to master basic IE skills and provide postgraduates and professors with means of research. At the same time, it explored the reform of the experimental form and method by using computers and net environment.
