摘要
以环氧乙烷及无水乙醇为原料,在催化剂作用下合成乙二醇单乙醚,考察了催化剂用量、温度、反应物摩尔比、反应时间等因素对转化率、产率的影响。该工艺过程简单,操作容易,三废少,选择性高,收率高,生产的产品是一种性能优异的理想溶剂。
Ethylene glycol ethyl ether is prepared from ethylene oxide and absolute ethanol in the presence of catalyst . The effects of catalyst amount, reaction temperature, molar ratio of absolute ethanol and EO, and reaction time on conversion and yield have been examined. The process can produce high quantity of solvent with high selectivity and high yield.
